group of organs that work together to take in oxygen and release waste gases.

2. Inhale air through nasal cavity or mouth
3. Pharynx (THROAT)
4. Larynx (VOICE
BOX)
5. Trachea
(WINDPIPE)

Bronchi system – bronchi and
bronchioles
7. Alveoli –
exchanges O2 for CO2
8. Exhale –
diaphragm moves up
